Membership
Our dedicated membership comprises individuals from various African backgrounds, ensuring a rich tapestry of perspectives and experiences. We’re also grateful for our 10-15 volunteer members from different community backgrounds, bringing unique skills and passion to our collective efforts.

John is a dedicated and accomplished professional with a passion for empowering young people. Grow up in Australia to immigrant parents, John has spent his entire life in Australia, pursuing his education and career with determination and zeal.
John holds multiple degrees, including a double degree in Banking and Finance, a management degree, an accounting degree, a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management, and a Master of MBA, currently pursuing his doctoral degree at Curtin University.
With over a decade of experience in the banking and finance industry, John is a seasoned financial advisor, currently working with Bankwest. However, his true calling is working with young people, particularly those who have been incarcerated or are seeking a second chance. John has been volunteering for over a decade, dedicating his time and expertise to help young people discover their potential and find their path in life.
As co-founder of the Australian Youth Community Service Hub Integration Incorporated, John is committed to creating a positive impact in his community and inspiring young people to reach their full potential.

Our History
Australian Youth Community ServiceHub Integration Incorporated was founded in 2006 by a group of concerned community leaders, educators, and social workers who recognized the urgent need to address the growing issue of youth incarceration and its devastating impact on young people, families, and communities. The organization also saw the need to empower youth through mentorship and skills-based training programs.
