John is a dedicated and accomplished professional with a passion for empowering young people. Grow up in Australia to immigrant parents, John has spent his entire life in Australia, pursuing his education and career with determination and zeal.
John holds multiple degrees, including a double degree in Banking and Finance, a management degree, an accounting degree, a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management, and a Master of MBA, currently pursuing his doctoral degree at Curtin University.
With over a decade of experience in the banking and finance industry, John is a seasoned financial advisor, currently working with Bankwest. However, his true calling is working with young people, particularly those who have been incarcerated or are seeking a second chance. John has been volunteering for over a decade, dedicating his time and expertise to help young people discover their potential and find their path in life.
As co-founder of the Australian Youth Community Service Hub Integration Incorporated, John is committed to creating a positive impact in his community and inspiring young people to reach their full potential.

Yemisi Ajibade-Daniel

I am Yemisi Ajibade-Daniel, a Legal practitioner, Human Right Activist and Ethical Business enthusiast.
Educational background: I earned a law degree from the University of Abuja in Nigeria in 2014 and attended Nigerian Law School in 2015, where I received my call to bar certificate as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. In 2021, I received my Master of Laws certificate from the University of Lagos in Nigeria. In my drive to learn more information and be the change I seek, I opted to enrol in a post-graduate degree in Human Rights and Global Engagements at Curtin University Perth’s Humanities Faculty in 2023.
Work Experience: Throughout my career, I have been driven by a deep concern for human rights and a desire to achieve systemic change. I began working as an intern at the law firm Doyin Rhodes-Vivour & Co. After working there for over four years, I transferred to Persis Legal Consult, where I spent three years before becoming senior legal counsel. Throughout my legal career, I’ve received good rulings in a range of situations. I’ve worked closely with corporations, financial institutions, governments, and civil society organisations to promote participation and responsible behaviour. My expertise lies in stakeholder engagement, advocacy, and developing targeted research and tools to raise awareness and drive better business practices. One of my key strengths is my ability to build and manage effective partnerships. I have successfully collaborated with various initiatives and organisations, leveraging my strong relationship-building skills to achieve shared goals. I am adept at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and tailoring my communication approach to resonate with diverse audiences.

Tumaini Magorwa

Tumaini Magorwa is a dedicated father of five who arrived in Australia in 2005 from D.R.C Congo without knowing a word of English. Despite the challenges, he pursued and completed a Diploma of Business, demonstrating his commitment to personal and professional growth. Drawing from his experiences and passion for community well-being, Tumaini started a business from scratch, focused on helping people maintain a clean and healthy lifestyle. His journey from newcomer to successful entrepreneur highlights his resilience, hard work, and desire to make a positive impact in his adopted country.

Eyoanwan Eno

Ms Eyoanwan is a dedicated professional with an excellent work ethics, ensuring the safety, rights, and interest of children and young people are always protected. Eyoanwan has been in Australia as an international student to pursue her education; has a background in teaching and social work. Ms Eno has worked in various positions in both schools and communityservice settings providing leadership and case management and support to young people in care. Ms Eno is currently working as Youth Housing Case Manager in Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency in Victoria. Ms Eno possesses a comprehensive and in-depthunderstanding of the issues faced by young people in Australia, particularly migrants and indigenous young people facing a range of challenges, including mental health issues, homelessness, family violence, and behavioural problems.
As an immigrant, Ms Eno has worked with people from diverse background and hasdeveloped a deep passion for working in the community services to promote resilience, healing, self-determination, choice and autonomy and to support vulnerable population. Ms Eno is a qualified Mental Health Social Worker with a strong foundation in mentoring, counselling, assessment, psychoeducation, advocacy, crisis intervention and delivering high-quality services aimed at promoting safety and empowerment within communities. These experiences have equipped her with the knowledge and skills to support young people and families effectively, ensuring that they receive the coordinated care and support they need to thrive.
Ms Eno holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences (Public Policy Administration), Post Graduate Diploma in education, and recently backed her master’s in social work in Australian College of Applied Psychology in Melbourne. Due to her extensive experience in youth services and in recognition of her unwavering support to the young people in the community, Ms Eno has been appointment as one of the Board Director for Youth Programs of the Australian Youth Community Service Incorporated; to coordinate support services and oversee the youth programs implementation and evaluation to achieve positive outcomes for the youth in custody and those at risk of entering the justice system. Ms Eno is eager to bring her unique blend of skills and expertise to our team, coupled with a commitment to continuous learning and growth to ensure effectiveness in addressing evolving needs.

Joseph N. Kron

I am Joseph N. Kron. I came to Australia on a UNHCR resettlement Program from Nigeria in 2001. I am an Australian Citizen and a father of two children. I hold a B.Sc. degree in Extractive Metallurgy from Curtin University (Australia) and a Master of Engineering degree in Water Treatment and Desalination from Murdoch University, Australia. I have worked as a technician in the mining industry and laboratory industry. I am currently the Secretary of AYCSII.

I am Micheline, and I’m originally from the Congo. I migrated to Australia with my family almost 18 years ago and have since completed my secondary education here. I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma in Mental Health, with experience working in early childhood settings and supporting individuals with mental health needs. Currently, I’m pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Curtin University, majoring in Business Administration, to enhance my skills in management and leadership. My passion lies in empowering African-Australian youth, and I believe every young person deserves a second chance to succeed. I’m committed to helping them build confidence and achieve their dreams. With experience in public relations, communication, and community engagement, I’ve developed strong skills in: – Event planning and management – Social media management and content creation – Stakeholder engagement and partnership building – Leadership and teams. With a lifelong passion for empowering young people, Michelle is dedicated to helping African Australian youth integrate into the community and reach their full potential.
Growing up, Michelle was driven to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. When she learned about the launch of a not-for-profit organization supporting at-risk and incarcerated African Australian youth, she was eager to join the movement. Michelle brings her expertise and enthusiasm to her role, working tirelessly to promote positive change and opportunities for the youth she serves.

Foday Koroma

I’m Pastor Foday Koroma, a dedicated servant of the Lord at the Redeemed Christian Church of God. My heart’s desire is to lead young people to Jesus Christ, empowering them to achieve their goals and reach their full potential. I’m passionate about guiding them away from harmful paths like crime and drugs, and towards a brighter future.
As the newly appointed Fundraising Officer for the Australian Youth Community Service Hub Integration Incorporated (AYCSII), I’m excited to join the team and contribute to the organization’s growth and success. My focus is on supporting African-Australian youth, particularly those incarcerated or at risk, by offering a second chance and hope for a better life.
When I discovered AYCSII, I was drawn to their mission and eager to be part of this amazing team. I envision myself ministering to youth in prisons, empowering them to become leaders and serve their communities. I’m committed to making a positive impact and helping AYCSII reach its full potential.

Pascal Lansana

My name is Pascal Lansana, originally from Sierra Leone, West Africa. I relocated to Australia in 2002 and spent 11 years in Cairns, Queensland, where I played a pivotal role in establishing the Cairns African Community as a founding member and Youth Coordinator.
In 2013, I moved to Perth and was appointed Youth President at Believers Worship Centre in Cannington, also serving as part of the church leadership group. Through this position, I collaborated with various youth fellowships from other churches to launch the Youth Wave movement. This initiative supports young people in overcoming social, spiritual, emotional, and physical challenges.
Recently, I discovered Australian Youth Community Service Hub Integration Incorporated (AYCSII) and was deeply impressed by their programs tailored for African-Australian youths. My passion has always centered around empowering young individuals, and I’m thrilled to be involved.
I extend my gratitude to the Public Relations Officer (PRO) for introducing me to this remarkable. I also appreciate the CEO’s leadership in making a meaningful difference in the lives of the African-Australian youths in western Australia and beyond. My current position within AYCSII is PROJECT OFFICER / YOUTH COORDINATOR.
